RytMatch Supply Chain, Inc (RMSCI) is Victory’s contract logistics operating unit whose core mission revolves around fulfilling dry and cold storage warehousing needs of any customer – whether the requirement is for a simple storage, or for a cross docking space, or for a temporary overflow pallet positions or for the more complex order fulfillment processes. With multiple customers residing in the hub, RMSCI offers evey customer the benefit of a combined distribution solution, and of other value adding services within the same hub. RMSCI’s building inventory of pallet positions in strategic locations that include north and south of Manila, and key cities and ports.
TRANSPORT
RytMatch Logistics, Inc (RMLI) is Victory’s Transport operating unit whose core mission revolves around fulfilling transportation needs of any customer, requiring transport fleet of different sizes, capacities and temperature settings. Whether the requirement is for replenishment of a customer’s distribution node, or for a direct delivery to a customer’s customer, or for any distribution move requiring a cargo transportation vehicle, RMLI has the “ryt” fleet of owned and outsourced vehicles to match this need.
SHIPPING LINE
Victory Star Shipping Line (VSSL) is Victory’s domestic shipping operating unit whose core mission revolves around fulfilling reliable inter-island marine transportation services for any customer. With its unique proposition in terms of port calls, pricing, vessel sharing with alliances, and collaboration with both freight forwarders and key customer accounts, VSSL is offering a reliable backbone to any customer’s supply chain having inter-island connectivity as a key element, a logistics reality in an archipelagic market. The establishment of a shipping operating unit under Victory Group provides key strength to the other operating units heavily involved in other areas of logistics and distribution – specifically, warehousing and other modes of transportation.
INTERNATIONAL AND DOMESTIC FREIGHT FORWARDING
SeaCure Freight, Inc. (SCFI) is Victory’s domestic and international freight forwarding operating unit whose core mission revolves around securely arranging cargo movements to domestic or international destinations, quickly and easily. Where convenience of a one-stop-shop logistics service is required, SeaCure is there to provide the synchronized one stop shop service covering both ocean, in-land and air transportation. With international movement as a vital component of SeaCure’s offering, custom brokerage services form part of SeaCure’s value proposition – completing the truly synchronized end to end offering of Victory Group.
Supply Chain Solution Design Consultancy Services
In line with Victory’s mission to make logistics easier for its clientele, the company offers Supply Chain Solutions Design and Consultancy services. Customized and tailored-fit solutions are formulated to meet the customer’s most complex requirements. Offerings include understanding and analyzing the customer’s supply chain, review of their distribution network & business model; developing & designing optimal solutions that shall yield the greatest impact for the client; and even exploring possible opportunities to further improve the business and contribute to their overall success.
